With sales of around EUR 6.2 billion (+12 percent in comparison with the previous year), the solid growth trend of the previous years was maintained. At the IAA Commercial Vehicles in Hanover (September 22 to 29, Hall 12, Stand C23), the group is presenting a series of innovations that will help to increase efficiency, reliability, and driver comfort. Furthermore, some of the innovations are setting new standards in the commercial vehicle sector.

Stuttgart, August 2016 – Under the motto “Powered by your needs”, MAHLE Aftermarket is showcasing its latest products and services for repair shops and trade at Automechanika in Frankfurt from 13 to 17 September 2016. This time, MAHLE can be found at two locations: As in previous years, MAHLE is presenting itself as a solutions provider in Hall 3, at stands A11 and A20. The company is also exhibiting its innovative service and diagnostic tools at stand A69 in Hall 9.
Stuttgart, June 2016 – This year, MAHLE receives the “RetroClassicsCultur” award for “special services to the preservation of the historical automotive cultural heritage”. The formal presentation will take place at the “Retro Classics meets Barock” event on Saturday 18 June 2016.
More service for mechatronic products online: MAHLE Aftermarket launches e-shop for wholesale trade in Europe
Stuttgart June 2016 – Price queries, availability checks, or order placements—with its new e-shop, MAHLE Aftermarket now also provides these services to wholesale customers online. Initially available for selected countries in Europe, the company’s online service will be rolled out for its fresh Mechatronics product line.
Stuttgart, April 22, 2016 – The MAHLE Group increased its sales to around EUR 11.5 billion in the 2015 business year, which corresponds to a plus of roughly 16 percent. “MAHLE has thus entered a new dimension. In terms of variety and depth of range, our company is now more than ever one of the influential suppliers in the automotive industry,” explained Wolf-Henning Scheider, Chairman of the MAHLE Management Board and CEO, during the press conference on the Financial Statements in Stuttgart.

Stuttgart, 08 March 2016 – MAHLE Aftermarket completes its ArcticPRO product line and introduces four new A/C service units to the market: entry-level and professional models for R134a and R1234yf refrigerants. With the new models, MAHLE demonstrates how the successful E³ technology can be converted for use in the professional and entry-level segments. This technology enables repair shops to carry out A/C services in an ecological, economical, and efficient manner.
Since the beginning of this year, MAHLE Aftermarket has been distributing starter motors, alternators, and electric motors from the group’s subsidiary, MAHLE Letrika.

The driverless high-bay forklifts are an essential part of the new automated narrow-aisle warehouse —one of the first installations of its type in Germany.

Stuttgart/Germany, September 7, 2015 — In the first half of 2015, the MAHLE Group achieved sales of EUR 5.53 billion and has thereby grown by 12.5 percent compared with the same period in the previous year. At EUR 324.5 million, earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) are also 17.2 percent above the previous year’s value. The EBIT margin rose to 5.9 percent.
Stuttgart/Germany, July 1, 2015 – The antitrust authorities have given their approval: MAHLE has acquired the thermal business of U.K. automotive supplier Delphi Automotive PLC as of July 1, 2015. As a result, the Stuttgart-based group is expanding its strategically important Thermal Management business unit.
MAHLE receives the Partslife 2015 Environmental award for its central filter system for cooling lubricants at the Leibertingen/Germany location. The jury selected the project on account of the high degree of energy savings and the significantly improved waste balance sheet. Olaf Henning, Member of the Management Committee and Managing Director of MAHLE Aftermarket GmbH, accepted the environmental award on behalf of the MAHLE Group on 17 June 2015 at the Partslife anniversary celebration.
Stuttgart, June 17, 2015—MAHLE now holds around 90 percent of the shares in Kokusan Denki, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, after a successful public tender offer. It is thereby further strengthening its presence in the mechatronics sector.
MAHLE Aftermarket has recorded positive results for the first business year of its new sales branch in South Africa. Since the opening of the location in March 2014, the company has been able to make a name for itself in the local aftermarket, particularly with the brand names MAHLE Original and Knecht. Istanbul, 9 April 2015 – MAHLE Aftermarket, the MAHLE business unit specialising in spare parts and service, presents its complete range of services—including products and services for repair shop equipment—at the Automechanika international trade fair for the automotive industry in Istanbul from 9 to 12 April 2015. MAHLE has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the wholly-owned thermal business of U.S. automotive supplier Delphi Automotive PLC (NYSE: DLPH). In 2014, the division and its approximately 7,600 employees achieved annual sales of around USD 1.2 billion (roughly EUR 1.0 billion). After approval by the relevant antitrust authorities, a closing of the deal is anticipated for the fall of 2015. Further, it is intended to acquire the joint venture of Delphi Thermal in China.
