MAHLE Aftermarket Inc. Congratulates Kyle Busch on his Victory and 2015 Sprint Cup Championship

Farmington Hills, MI…November 30th, 2015 – As a proud official Performance Partner of NASCAR®, MAHLE Aftermarket Inc. extends its congratulations to Kyle Busch for his exciting 2015 Sprint Cup Championship at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Even after a serious crash the day before the February Daytona 500 left Busch with a broken foot and leg leading to numerous surgeries, months of grueling rehabilitation and 11 missed races, his comeback strategy netted him the Sprint Cup Championship.

The Chase for the NASCAR® Sprint Cup began in September and started with 16 drivers, included 10 races, three elimination rounds and a four-way battle for the NASCAR Championship that included 43 contenders in the final event. “It was hard to miss the MAHLE decal on the front fender of all the competitors’ cars,” stated Jon Douglas, General Manager for MAHLE Aftermarket Inc. “Congratulations again Kyle, for opening the season in a hospital bed, and ending it in victory lane with the championship trophy. MAHLE Aftermarket Inc. salutes your tenacity, and the men who helped make it possible: Mark Cronquist and his team in the Joe Gibbs Racing Engine Shop.”
