Both partners are now combining their technical expertise and extensive distribution network for modern HVAC service units with a convincing added value for trade and repair shops.

Repair shops can thus continue to provide professional services, even for the future generations of HVAC modules.

The sale of HVAC service units from a single source also guarantees optimum support for repair shops. This support starts with a comprehensive induction session immediately after purchase, includes regular maintenance by an accredited service partner, the provision of spare parts when required, and a speedy response to technical queries. As usual, the sales staff from MAHLE Aftermarket and the service unit experts from Behr Service are glad to provide assistance.

It was more than 20 years ago, when Behr Service became one of the first providers of HVAC service units to include a fully automatic unit in its range. Today, the Behr ACxpert series enables a high number of cycles per day in professional repair shops. While the Behr ACxpert 1000a unit is designed for the R-134a refrigerant and for a quick and inexpensive refrigerant change, the innovative Behr ACxpert 2000yf has been developed for the new HFO-1234yf refrigerant. A unit that fully satisfied the OEM demands and the VDA specifications for HVAC service units was created in close collaboration with renowned vehicle manufacturers.
